No Returns

No Refunds for Disliking Product
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for subjective reasons, such as not liking a product. We encourage you to read all product descriptions and consult customer reviews or our support team before making a purchase.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution, you will be permanently banned from all of our websites and businesses. We take chargebacks very seriously and will take legal action to recover any losses incurred. A police report will be filed and you will be added to a chargeback list, shared upon cannabis/hemp business associates, to help prevent further chargeback theft and crimes.
Defective Products
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement. Any complaints received after this timeframe will not be entertained.
Proof and ID Verification for Replacements
For defective products that are eligible for replacement, you will be required to provide proof of the defect through pictures and/or videos. This proof needs to be verified and approved by our Quality Control team before a replacement is issued. Additionally, we will require ID verification to proceed with the replacement process, in compliance with California Proposition 64, ensuring you are at least 21 years old.
