General Shipping Information
We at BuyTHCa.com are committed to delivering your orders in the most efficient and timely manner. Our standard shipping days are from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders received before a certain time (to be specified) on these days will be processed and shipped within a 24-hour delivery timeframe.
Weekend and Holiday Shipping
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day. Additionally, we observe all public holidays, during which our shipping operations will be closed.
Age Verification
In compliance with California Proposition 64, all customers must be at least 21 years old to purchase from BuyTHCa.com. Age verification will be required prior to delivery of your order. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your order and a refund, less any handling and shipping fees incurred.
You must send us a picture of your State ID / Drivers License and another picture of you holding your Identification.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to varying state laws and regulations regarding THC and cannabis products, we may not be able to ship to all locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to local regulations.
Input Wrong Address
If you have input the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Quality Control
All our products undergo rigorous quality control checks before shipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
Simply not liking a product, does not grant you the right to a refund or replacement.
Estimated Delivery Date
While we strive for accuracy in our estimated delivery dates, these are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays that are out of our control.
Late Arrival
In case of late arrival beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support. While we aim for timely deliveries, circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
Tracking Information and Order Proof
Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email. Keep this information as proof of your order and shipment.
Broken Items
If any items arrive broken, you will need to provide proof (photos or videos) within a specified timeframe for a possible refund or replacement.
Delivered to Wrong Address
In the rare event that your order is delivered to the wrong address, we will cover the cost to reship the order to the correct address.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination. Specific rates will be provided during the checkout process.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivered date. While we do our best to resolve any shipping issues, BuyTHCa.com is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If you can however prove that it was stolen, we will replace your order.
- On orders over $75 or more, we offer replacement or refund your order if you file a police report and send proof.
- Upon request, Buythca.com can require additional documentation (e.g. proving your identity, address, notary, etc.).
